Furthermore the center offers you a diversity of shops, cafes and restaurants. Haarlem is definitely worth a visit.

Seen enough of Haarlem? No problem, because of the central position it offers a convenient base to go to places like Amsterdam Central or Zandvoort aan Zee. You’ll reach Amsterdam in just 20 min by train. Or if you want to hang out on the beach or go to the race circuit, Zandvoort is just 10 min away.
Haarlem also has a direct shuttle bus connection from and to Schiphol Airport, so it’s easy you reach Haarlem if you arrive at Schiphol.
