| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 27.50 per night per person for extra beds.
