Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 35 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further child under 12 years is charged EUR 30 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
