The kitchen crew prepare lunch and 3-course dinners every day with fresh products only. You can select your own meal from our menu which changes every season. Taste typical Texel specialities (lamb or fish) as well as vegetarian or low-calorie creations.

Area information
The hotel is located in the Duinen van Texel (Texel dunes) national park on the island of Texel. The beach is just a 5 minute walk (200 meters) from the hotel. The village centre is also just 200 meters away.
Travel information
Grand Hotel Opduin is easy accesible with ashort travelling time. By car from the west or south of Holland via de ringweg Amsterdam (A10), Zaandam (A8), Purmerend, Hoorn en Den Oever (A7) to Den Helder (N99).
From the east of Holland take the route Afsluitdijk (A7), via Den Oever to Den Helder.
Den Helder is also easy accessible by train.
From Den Helder take the TESO ferry to Texel (every hour) which will take 20 minutes. You do not need to make a reservation.
On the island you drive to De Koog. Follow the signs to Grand Hotel Opduin.
