If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The 30 rooms are divided over 3 buildings: the "Orangerie", the "Koetshuis" and the "Kaapse huisje". The rooms are unique, comfortable and feature colonial styling elements. We offer standard rooms, deluxe rooms and suites. The suites are decorated in a colonial style, with palm trees, a four-poster bed and a 7 metre tall ceiling.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.50 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
