If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Hotel Dinkeloord offers 42 rooms including 2 single rooms and 40 double rooms. In a number of rooms we can also place multiple beds. The guest rooms are all en suite and equipped with all common facilities. Of course we also have non-smoking rooms. The guest rooms can be found on the ground floor and the first floor, of which the rooms at the rear side of the hotel have a balcony or a terrace. The rooms on the first floor can be reached with an elevator.

Pets
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.50 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
