If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All rooms have private bathrooms and two single beds.
we also have 2 single- and one doubleroom on the groundfloor.

Pets
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
