At chef Leo Pieters you can enjoy a marvellous 2, 3 or 4 dishes menu, an extensive à la carte lunch or diner or a Burgundian 8 dishes menu and an even more extensive wine card.
Nothing shows that behind the restaurant you will find hotel rooms with an equal diversity as our menu; simple neat budget rooms, luxury 4**** rated twin, triple an quadruple rooms which can compete with many rooms of expensive hotels and a super luxury room with authentic Chinese four-poster bed and royal Jacuzzi.

The owners of the hotel, Joke Chaudron and Gerrit Heemskerk, welcome you in their 26 room hotel and will personally make sure your stay is a pleasant one. All rooms are equipped with a shower or bath, toilet, radio, TV and telephone. A few luxury rooms are non smoking.
In the comfortable lounge you could read several newspapers or plan your day using "VVV" folders, while enjoying a drink. The hotel has free parking and is very near by the Mecc (less then 7,5 km and only 4 traffic lights away)

Hotel*** Holland / Restaurant "De Potkachel" has a cosy bar and a dito restaurant where 36 persons can enjoy French style dishes with an eyeblinck to the Limburg region which matches perfectly with the large choices of wines.
You can compose your own menu out of many choices or dine à la carte.The owners, Joke Chaudron and Gerrit Heemskerk will serve you personally. We serve a large breakfast buffet.

The hotel is strategically located near all highways. From The MECC Conference Centre you can reach our hotel in a faster way than you can reach most of the hotels in the city (Less than 10 minutes drive). Parking facilities are sufficiently available. As a bonus, the national Holland casino and the Thermae 2000 spa health resort with all the latest conveniences are at a five minutes drive (only 3 KM). The cosy and well-equipped sauna of Vilt is at less then 2 KM. Hotel*** Holland is the perfect hub for day-trips: * Belgium and German border are at less than 25 kilometres. * The Luxembourg border is at around 100 kilometres. * The French border lays at around 150 kilometres. * Aken, Monchau, Liege and Hasselt as well as The Ardennes and the volcano Eifel hills are easily reachable within the hour. * Amsterdam, Brussels and Luxembourg city as well as the Mosel and Rhine area are reachable within 2 to 3 hours . * Paris, Schwartzwald, the world famous Bourgogne vineyards and even Switzerland can be reached within 5 hours. From Amsterdam upon arrival in Maastricht turn left at the first crossing (sign “Berg en Terblijt”, N 590) Follow the road for 5,2 kilometres You will find us on the left side of the road, right after a TOTAL service station. From Luik/Liege just before the N2 becomes highway A2 again, turn right at last crossing in Maastricht. Rest same as from Amsterdam.

Children, babies and pets are not allowed in the budget twin rooms.

A maximum of one extra bed is available for children up to age 12 in (super) luxury rooms only.
