Important information
Please note when booking a Double/Twin Room, it is possible that you will be staying in a 4 to 6 bed dorm. The remaining (bunk) beds will not be available for other guests.
On arrival, guests will receive bed linen. Towels are available at a surcharge.
Internet desks are available for guests to plug in their own notebook or smart phone. Computers are also available.
Children under the age of 12 recieve EUR 5,70 discount per stay.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 6 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Baby cots are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per room per night is included. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 3 per hour. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Dinner costs EUR 13.50 per person per night. Dinner costs EUR 6.75 per night per child under 12 years. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
