Important information
Please note when booking a Double/Twin Room, it is possible that you will be staying in a 4 to 6 bed dorm. The remaining (bunk) beds will not be available for other guests.
On arrival, guests will receive bed linen. Towels are available at a surcharge.
Internet desks are available for guests to plug in their own notebook or smart phone. Computers are also available.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 6 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.50 per stay for cots. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 6. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
