| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 5 will be charged. If cancelled up to 12 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Groups: When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.84 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
