Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 45 per night and person in an extra bed.
One further child under 12 years is charged EUR 25 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 18 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5 per hour.
