The hotel consists of 12 authentic villas for accommodations, each of which gets its name from the old names of the original Curonian lands. 1 more villa is for administration and 1 is used for sauna and bar. There are 3 types of villas for accommodations:

Type I (4 villas - 24 rooms): A spacious living room with fireplace and a kitchen are on the ground floor. This type of villa is very comfortable for a family vacation with children, celebrating family holidays, or spending time with colleagues and friends.
Type II (6 villas - 42 rooms).
Type III: VIP villas for the most demanding guests (2 villas - 6 apartments): 2-bedroom apartments with separate entrances: the first floor has a sitting room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a toilet; the second floor contains 2 separate bedrooms, a toilet and a shower.

Rooms on the first floor have a balcony, while rooms on the ground floor have a terrace. Every room has a shower room with heated floor and an entrance door that opens with an electromagnetic key.
