Kungis Inn

Located 200 metres from the beach and next to Palanga Airport, the Kungis Inn is cosily surrounded by pine forest.

It emphasizes on primarily offering you a good place to sleep well. The intimate atmosphere and attentive staff will make your stay in Palanga a truly relaxing experience. There is free high-speed Internet, an airport shuttle, car rental pick-up and drop-off, and a friendly ambience.

The royal-red design double rooms have private access to covered balconies with private barbecue grills and are equipped with free LAN internet access, complete bathrooms with heated floors and both European 220V and North American 110V power outlets. You will be met by staff on the 2nd floor (first floor by British system).

Please note that this inn regrets that it is unable to provide disabled access. Some special rates may require a minimum of 2 nights stay. Microwave ovens can be offered upon request, subject to availability. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

We offer an intimate club-style cafe on our third floor. Access is limited to our guests and their guests. The breakfast menu includes a hot entrée. Advance ordering is appreciated.

Supper/dinner can be served at request between 17:30 and 19:30.

In-room service can also be arranged.

Palanga Airport (2.5 km) - Shuttle is available upon request.

Beach (200 metres west) - Accessible via a pine forest.

A paved bicycle path runs 100 metres west of the inn and there is a winter cross-country skiing path.

By Car (from Klaipeda):
- Please take the A13 road towards Sventoji-Liepaja (Latvia) and drive just past the merging intersection of Vytauto Street and the A13 road.
- Please watch for a “Meduza Cafe 1 km” sign pointing to the left (West). There you will turn to Kontiniku Street.
- Drive 750 metres west. The road will turn to the right (North) to Uzkanaves Street. From this turning, continue for another 850 metres northbound.
- You will pass a few camping sites on your way, until you reach the pine forest.
- The building will be opposite the beach on your right (East) side.

If you pass Palanga Airport, you have driven too far. Please note that in the summer, some street signs are obscured by trees and may be hard to notice.

- From Palanga Airport, please take the A13 road southbound towards Palanga-Klaipeda. Drive for 1.5 km south and please watch for a “Meduza Cafe 1 km” sign pointing to the left (west). There you will turn to Kontiniku Street and follow the directions as above.

Parking:
The car park is located at the inn and is free of charge.

By Plane:
If you plan to take a taxi to the inn from the airport, please have a note that reads “Kungiskiai, Uzkanaves 32, Senas Adresas 14a” to show to your taxi driver. This way, you can avoid any confusion stemming from the changes made to the street numbering system.

Arrivals after 20:00 are welcome if arriving from Palanga Airport and the shuttle service is requested in advance. When requesting the shuttle service, please indicate your flight number and arrival time. Please note that this pick-up service is available at an additional cost.

For airport arrivals with a shuttle requested in advance, late check-ins are possible.
