Located directly on the shores of the Courland Lagoon, this traditional 3-star hotel comprises 3 villas next to the Thomas Mann Museum.

The Nidos Smilte occupies the former guesthouses of Hermann Blode, the founder of the famous Nida Artists' Colony in 1890.

The first floor of the central building houses a spacious restaurant serving Lithuanian and international cuisine. You can enjoy beautiful views of the sea through the large windows.

On warm summer days you can also dine in the outdoor café.

The centre of Nida is only a 10-minute walk away from the Nidos Smilte, while the next swimming beach is 1.5 km away.

Please note that from Lithuania, the Curonian Spit can only be reached by ferry from Klaipeda. There is one for people only, and another one that transports cars and buses.
