Opened in 2007, this modern residence enjoys a wonderful location in the spa town of Birstonas, surrounded by pine forests on the picturesque banks of the Nemunas River.

Spreading over 13,000 m², the Karaliskoji Rezidencija (“Royal Residence” in Lithuanian) offers comfortable and quiet rooms and apartments.

The residence features a health centre and spa with a swimming pool, Jacuzzis, 2 saunas, a steam bath and a luxurious hammam, where you can enjoy relaxing oriental massages. There is also a gym, a ping pong table and a billiard table, as well as a special relaxation room with an aquarium. A wide variety of massages is available.

The high-quality “Royal” mineral water comes from a source in the Karaliskoji Rezidencija's garden.

The spacious and cosy restaurant serves international cuisine and traditional Lithuanian specialities. It offers magnificent views of the pine forest and has a winter garden. Its interior is decorated with antique details.

The cosy bar serves snacks and hot and cold drinks.

The Museum of Lithuanian Culinary Heritage is located on the premises. In addition to the rooms, the complex houses the first modern residential complex for seniors in Lithuania and the Baltic Countries. There is also a cinema and a concert hall, a seminar and conference centre, a library and a chapel dedicated to St. Roch.
