Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Prieka Pietura has 3 extensive apartments, 2 of them with separate, sunny terraces. We built our apartments according to our own taste, by choosing only natural building materials and modern, high-quality sanitary facilities. All apartments are equipped with functional kitchens, as well as cable TV with 32-inch LCD screens.

In the 3 apartments we can accommodate up to 12 adults, but with extra beds up to 18 people can stay. We have a parking lot for 9 cars and a large green area, suitable for various outdoor activities.
