Prieka Pietura is a sunny, modern and pleasant apartment house right in the heart of Sigulda.

Our dream was to create accommodation not only for our friends, but for everyone who wants to stay in Latvia's most beautiful city - Sigulda, with its wonderful nature and countless holiday activities.

Prieka Pietura is located just a 3-minute walk from the centre of Sigulda, in a green area with many private houses, just over the railway track across from the bobsleigh racetrack. It is dedicated to our lovable children Luize, Gustavs and Reinis, and that's why our 3 apartments are named after them. Prieka Pietura is our second home and we would like it to become yours as well.

Prieka Pietura has 3 extensive apartments, 2 of them with separate, sunny terraces. We built our apartments according to our own taste, by choosing only natural building materials and modern, high-quality sanitary facilities. All apartments are equipped with functional kitchens, as well as cable TV with 32-inch LCD screens.

In the 3 apartments we can accommodate up to 12 adults, but with extra beds up to 18 people can stay. We have a parking lot for 9 cars and a large green area, suitable for various outdoor activities.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
