Baltic Suites

The newly opened Baltic Suites offer the service and amenities of a hotel with the privacy and convenience of having your own luxury apartment in the heart of Riga.

The fully renovated apartments range from studios to 2-bedroom suites, and include free wireless internet and cable TV access, kitchens, washing machines, ensuite bathrooms with shower or bath, fine Italian linens, and Frette towels, robes and slippers.

Baltic Suites are centrally located in 2 historic buildings: on Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša Street, just a 10-minute walk from the old town of Riga; and on Tērbatas Street, in the heart of Riga’s most popular shopping area.

The multilingual staff is on-site to greet you and is available 24 hours a day. A wide range of services is also available. From a night at the opera to a hike in a nature reserve, you will be able to make the most of your time in Riga.

Chambermaid service:
New linens and towels are provided every 4 days for longer stays. You may request a set of fresh towels daily at an additional cost.

Pick-up service:
A private transfer from Riga Airport can be arranged with a 24-hour notice; pricing upon request.

Shopping service:
Your refrigerator can be stocked with all your favorite items in advance of your stay. Just indicate your preferences and the details will be taken care of. A service fee will apply.

Business and leisure services:
A full range of services is offered, including outdoor activities; spa packages; restaurant and nightclub bookings; opera, theatre and special concert tickets; on-site coordinators and translators for group and individual activities; passenger transfers; and other tourist- and business-related support services.

The apartments are located on the first, second or third floors, with no elevator. Staff will be happy to help you with your luggage. At Ernesta Birznieka-Upisa iela, the interiors of the apartments were completely renovated with great care; the common areas and stairwells are still undergoing a transformation.

Upīša Apartments:
Most apartments are situated on Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša iela 27, ideally located within a 10-minute walk (1 km) from the old town of Riga and the main train and bus terminals, in an area with restaurants, cafés, banks and shops - yet away from the noisiest sections of the city. It is just 15 minutes by car from Riga International Airport.

Tērbatas Apartments:
The second location is just a few blocks away, at Tērbatas iela 38, conveniently located in Riga’s most popular shopping area, in the centre of the city. It is just steps from the old town, surrounded by numerous cinemas, theatres and fine restaurants, and 15 minutes by car from Riga International Airport.

All arrival and departure times should be scheduled in advance. The office is located at Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša iela 27. If you are staying in the Upīša apartments, ring the bell marked "Baltic Suites," apartment 11B, and a member of the staff will welcome you and provide keys to the apartment and any assistance. If you are staying in the Tērbatas apartments, you will be met at Tērbatas iela 38 at a pre-arranged time. Staff are available by phone 24 hours a day.
