Balthostel is located in the centre of Riga, 200 metres from the Old Town and 100 metres from the Riga Central Station. It offers air-conditioned rooms with shared bathroom facilities.

Bed linen will be provided by the Balthostel, showers and toilets area located near to each room.

Sights like the Latvian National Opera, the Cathedral, Riga Castle, St. Peter`s Church, and the Freedom Monument as well as many bars, restaurants, night clubs and museums can be easily reached on foot or by public transport.

Riga Airport is about 10 km away. The International Bus station is 5 minutes walk away.

We are the only hostel in the center that can easily be accessed with any kind of transport or by foot. And the old town is just a few minutes walk away!
There are also great communication links. You can reach any part of the city using city transport.

To find us is very easy! Balthostel is opposite to the Train Station, Origo and Stockmann shopping centers. The International Bus station is 5 minutes walk away.
Riga airport is about 10km from Riga center, the regular bus route N22 leaves every 20-25 minutes
