Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night per person for cots.
All children from 3 to 8 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
One children from 9 to 16 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 1 per hour.
