Hotel Tiziano

Hotel Tiziano is set in a 15th-century building in the Dorsoduro district, a short walk from San Nicolò dei Mendicoli Church. All rooms are furnished in a typical Venetian style.

Tiziano's rooms overlook the narrow street of Calle di Rielo or the Terese Canal, and each features red and golden drapes and warm rustic tapestry. All air conditioned, they also come with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

Breakfast includes fresh bread and fruit. Between April and October it is served outdoors in front of the hotel.

Tiziano Hotel is just 150 metres from the IUAV Architecture Academy and a 5-minute walk from the San Basilio Vaporetto (water bus) stop.

Hotel Tiziano’s 14 spacious rooms, located on 3 floors, boast views of Calle di Rielo and the Canal of Terese. The 2 suites on the third and top floor offer views over the city’s roof-tops and are for romantic stays.

Each room is equipped with standard facilities including a flat screen TV and a marble bathroom with shower and bath.

Breakfast is served from 08.00 - 10.00.

By Train:
From Venezia S.Lucia railway station:
- Take Vaporetto (public boat) line number 2, in the direction of San Zaccaria – Lido. Get off at San Basilio station and continue on foot into Calle del Vento alley (open plaza with a well).
- Cross the second bridge towards Chiesa di San Sebastiano church.
- Go to the back of the church, through a plaza with a well, toward the next church (Chiesa di Sant’Angelo Raffaele).
- You will see a sign for Salizada de la Chiesa, turn right here.
- Cross the first bridge and then turn left.
- You will pass one bridge on the left, go 2 streets past this bridge.
- Here you will see a sign for Rielo on a building.
- Turn right at Calle Rielo, the hotel is at number 1873.

By Plane:
From Venezia Marco Polo airport:
Take the number 5 bus and get off at Piazzale Roma. From there you can take Vaporetto (public boat) line number 2 and get off at San Basilio station. Then follow the above instructions.

Alternatively, take the Alilaguna boat (public transport boat from the airport to Venice). Get off at San Zaccaria (San Marco Square). From there, take Vaporetto number 2 in the direction of Ferrovia. Get off at the San Basilio stop. Once there, follow the instructions above.

Parking:
You can park your car in Piazzale Roma and then take Vaporetto line number 2 to San Basilio station. Once there, follow the instructions above.

Apartments are located 100 metres from the hotel, where guests have full use of all facilities. There is a penalty of EUR 30 if the kitchen is left unclean.

There is a mandatory damage-deposit fee of EUR 100, which will be refunded at check-out.

Arrivals after 23:00 must be communicated in advance.
