The hotel offers meeting facilities for groups of up to 20 people. In addition to this, the hotel boasts a heated pool with sun-beds.

The Residence Villas (60 square-metres) are equipped with: 2 bedrooms, each one for 2 persons; private bathroom with shower; living room with little kitchenette (additional rates per day); long-distance dialling phone; plug for internet connection; satellite TV with international channels and radio; sofa-bed (reductions for 5th person); and a large terrace, fully furnished with sun-beds, table and chairs.

All Studio Apartments contain: one bedroom for 2 people; bathroom with shower and toilet; living-room with long-distance dialling phone; plug for internet connection (Analog), satellite TV and radio; sofa for a 3rd person (reduction applied); and a large balcony overlooking the lake, which is furnished with sun-beds, table and chairs.

The Chef loves to prepare the best Italian food; he buys all products on markets in the region or directly from the producers in Tremosine each day. You can enjoy these meals, accompanied by a fine wine from the hotel’s Enoteca, in the restaurant, which features a terrace overlooking the lake and Mount Baldo.

Later, you could spend the evening in the Roberto Bar, offering the best grappa and whiskies, as well as international cocktails.

The Enoteca houses more than 90 different wines from all over Italy, here you can taste them and buy some bottles to take home.

Piccola Italia is located in the middle of the Parco Alto Garda, a world of green and blue, with the very first European multi-sport and trekking itinerary. The Gardesan Park is distinguished by its sharp scenic contrasts, range of altitude (65 metres to more than 2000 metre), climatic features and Mediterranean vegetation.

Here you have the best possibilities for mountain-biking, canyoning, paragliding, tennis, horse-riding and more. In Campione del Garda, about 10 km away, you can sail, surf and dive.

In order to give additional possibilities for sports to our guests, the hotel cooperates with the Sport and Event Agency of Peter Stanegger. This agency is located in Pieve, not far away from Piccola Italia.

By Car:
- Take the A22 Brenner motorway.
- Exit at Rovereto Sud.
- Continue towards Riva del Garda and Limone.
- Stay on the coast road until you see the IP gas station on the left in Limone.
- After approximately 150 metres, turn right onto Strada Panoramica towards Tremosine, Bassanega, Ustecchio, Voltino, Vesio, Villa, Priezzo, Musio and Pieve del Tremosine.
- At the roundabout, turn right.
- At the end of the town, turn right towards Mezzema.
- Follow the Via L. Turri through narrow streets.
- After approximately 100 metres you will find the hotel.
