Offering a free sports centre with gym and semi-Olympic pool, Tursport is in San Vito 10 minutes' drive from Taranto centre and only 500 metres from the nearest beach.

Tursport has a choice of suites and apartments, all with a TV and private bathroom. The apartments also feature a kitchenette.

Sports facilities here include tennis and volleyball courts, plus a five-a-side football pitch. There is also an indoor basketball and volleyball court.

Open 24-hours a day, reception has free Wi-Fi access. You will also find a children's playground and free car park, big enough for cars and coaches.

A sweet Italian breakfast is available each morning, while the restaurant serves specialities from the Puglia region. There is a second smaller indoor pool available, as well as a beauty centre offering a range of massages and treatments.

A free shuttle to the nearest beaches is available.

Please note that the indoor swimming pool will be open on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays till 22 August 2009. It will be under maintenance works from 23 August 2009 till 27 September 2009. It will be available again everyday as indoor swimming pool from 28 September 2009.

In July, August and September, the gym will be open on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. From 28 September 2009, it will be open everyday exluded Sundays.
