Use of the hydro-massage swimming pool and the restricted cliff area is exclusive for guests. Access to these areas is subject to availability and weather conditions.

Access to the sea is granted from 08:30 until sunset. Each double room comes with a deckchair, a sun bed and a beach umbrella. Each single room comes with a sun bed and a beach umbrella. There is also a small bar for drinks or snacks.

The hotel has 40 rooms, some overlooking the sea, each with antique marine-style furnishings and all modern comforts.

It has also rooms with a whirlpool bath, including the Junior Suites, which have not only a whirlpool bath, but a small, private garden.

The hotel's restaurant, L’Antica Cartiera boasts a magnificent sea-view; it is composed of 2 rooms: the elegant internal dining-room, Delle Catene and the adjacent outdoor terrace, Le Terrazze, directly overlooking the sea.

It opens from 13:00 - 14:30 for lunch and from 19:30 - 21:30 for dinner.

The chef, brings great experience in the old traditions of cooking for fish dishes and for the local rustic dishes, of which he is able to harmonise the organisation and taste. You can appreciate the taste of the famous Scialatielli, Ravioli with a seafood taste, Marinati in an Amalfi coast aroma, Gilthead with fennel and cherry tomato sauce and various other delights.

The Hotel Marmorata is located in Ravello, by the sea, along the Amalfi Coastal road, and only 2 km from Amalfi itself. Thanks to its central and strategic position, it is easy reach all the well-known places, either by bus or by boat. In fact, it is possible to embark directly from the hotel to Amalfi, the Emerald Grotto, Positano and Capri. From the sea you can enjoy the beauty of the coast.

The nearest village is Minori (800 metres away from the hotel), which is even reachable by walking. There it is possible to visit the remains of a Roman villa from the 1st century A.D.

From the North:
- Take the A1 motorway Rome – Naples.
- Follow the road signs towards Salerno.
- Join the A3 motorway Naples – Salerno.
- Exit at Vietri sul Mare.
- Follow the road in the direction of Amalfi.
- 1 km from Minori (16 km from Vietri) you will see the hotel on the left-hand side.

In busy periods (with a lot of traffic):
- Take the A1 motorway Rome – Naples.
- Follow the road signs towards Salerno - Reggio Calabria – Avellino – Bari.
- Exit at Pagani.
- Follow the signs for Valico di Chiunzi.
- Arriving in Maiori , proceed in the direction of Amalfi.

From the East:
- Take the motorway Bari – Naples.
- Exit at Avellino.
- Continue towards Salerno.
- At Fratte (province of Salerno) join the motorway Salerno - Reggio Calabria.
- At the exit of the highway, follow the brown signs for Costiera Amalfitana.
- Once you reach Vietri sul Mare, continue as above.

From the South:
- Take the motorway Salerno - Reggio Calabria.
- Then, as above (from the East).

By Air:
From Naples Capodichino airport, the hotel will send a taxi for you, at an additional cost.

By Bus:
From Salerno and Naples there are SITA buses available towards Amalfi, with a stop at the hotel Marmorata.

By Train:
The nearest train station is Salerno, where you can get the local bus SITA towards Amalfi and ask the driver to stop at the Marmorata Hotel. Otherwise request a taxi transfer from Salerno train station to the hotel.

If you arrive at Naples Station, you can catch the SITA buses from Via Marina (in the direction of Amalfi) and ask for the stop at Marmorata hotel, or, upon request, the hotel can provide a taxi from the station at an additional cost.
