The scenery is Ibla, Ragusa’s historic centre, rich in churches and mansions in the Late Sicilian Baroque style, and in narrow and charming lanes some of which can be traveled over only on foot. Our hotel is situated right in the heart of Baroque, recently inscribed in the World Heritage List of Unesco, in a 19th-century mansion tastefully renovated: it offers ten elegant and comfortable rooms, provided with all services. In the summer time our hotel has a private beach equipped in Marina di Ragusa (RG) about 20 km. far.

In addition to the facilities listed, all bedrooms are provided with TV with Sky channels, early 20th-century fittings with handicraft wooden furniture, Simmons Privilege mattresses with extra mattress available, two kinds of pillows (soft and medium hard), armchairs and suitcase stool. The toilets are equipped with towel set.

Antonio and Giuseppe La Rosa’s restaurant (1 Michelin star) is situated right in the heart of Baroque, in the former stables of an old mansion. Tastefully renovated, the dining halls are the ideal place for different services, such as Wine-bar, American Bar and Cigar List. The cuisine includes fish and meat dishes and a vast choice of wines (over 700 on the list) and oils.
Our cuisine is based on local tradition, offering refined and elegantly presented dishes: Mackerel with tender courgette leaves and tomato “capuliatu”, Carob ravioli stuffed with D.P.O. Ragusano cheese, Lasagnette with plain cocoa and ricotta cheese, Noodles with carob, tuna roe and cherry tomatoes, Rabbit with bacon and Bronte pistachio, Yellow-fin tuna on Modica Caponata, Ragusano cheese dessert with thyme honey on a puff pastry: these are only some of the specialities suggested by our chef Vincenzo Candiano according to the course of the seasons.

Take the road "SS 514" Catania-Ragusa (exit “Ragusa Ovest”)

From Palermo
Take the freeway “A19” to Catania (exit “Caltanissetta”)
Take the road “SS 626” for 66 kilometres
Take the road “SS 115” to Gela
Finally take the road “SS 115” to Vittoria, then to Comiso and Ragusa

When in Ragusa
- take Viale delle Americhe, then Viale Europa, then Corso Italia;
- go down along Corso Italia: at the bottom it changes its name into Via 24 Maggio, then it becomes Corso Mazzini;
- go down along Corso Mazzini as far as Piazza della Repubblica;
- take Via della Repubblica (towards the town centre), then Via del Mercato;
- after about 50 metres, take the first turning on the right, Via XI Febbraio;
- you will immediately see our parking area on the left and, after a few metres, the Hotel entrance door.
