The Agnano Thermal Centre is situated at the bottom of an ancient volcano. It's rarityis due to S. Germano's stoves; set underground, they are very rich in hydrogen, sulphide and minerals. Using dry heat, ranging from 40 - 70 degrees Celsius, the stoves create a higher humidity than above ground, stimulating blood flow.

There are 2 restaurants in the hotel; one on the top floor, benefitting from panoramic views over the hotel's surroundings, and another, Pavillion Bleu. The second restaurant is available for work lunches, as well as other functions.
