La Pievina is a family-run farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside, 3 km outside Montepulciano. Set in 25 acres of private farmland, it has panoramic views of the surrounding hills and vineyards.
Guests can relax out in the garden where you will find tables, chairs, a gazebo and BBQ. Breakfast is served each morning and includes homemade specialities.
A welcome pack, including wine, oil, jam and vegetables from the farm, is left in each apartment.
Rooms and apartments have a rustic design with wrought iron beds and wooden furniture. Each one features a TV, private bathroom and a patio. Apartments also feature a lounge area with fireplace and a kitchen. Towels are changed once a week.
La Pievina breeds cattle as well as producing its own fruit, vegetables and olive oil. Parking is free and the farmhouse is easily reached from the A1 motorway. There are many interesting towns, churches and nature parks around Val d'Orcia.
