Hotel information

The architecture of the estate’s cellar, dating from 1892, is in perfect harmony with the landscape. It is composed of several galleries, running through 400 meters of hollowed-out turf at a depth of 10 meters. In the galleries, some niches originally held 120 wine butts; 10 quintals each. A careful refurbishing has integrally restored the cellar, nowadays dedicated to visits and tasting.

In the middle of the estate, besides the ruins of the Roman Empire walls, there is, hidden in the green, a grotto with a natural spring of fresh water.
