| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 25 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 1 year is charged EUR 3.60 per night and person in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
