The Colle del Sole, opened in August 1982 by the De Carlo family, was restructured 2008 and in July it was equipped with a new outdoor pool with salt water at the centre of the new garden, extending for about 1000 m².

Founded in 1966, the hotel’s restaurant, nowadays known as MangiareBere d’Vino, offers typical regional cuisine; home cooking with special attention dedicated to both taste and flavour. MangiareBere d’Vino is also a wine bar and a shop since 2004, offering samples of tasty local foods, wines, and refreshing cocktails.

Furnished with modern taste, it is organized in two areas: the yellow room in the main hall, suitable for groups, receptions, celebrations, with a capacity of 120 places; the outdoor green room (in the garden), where during the warm summer evenings you can enjoy dining outdoors (capacity: 50 seats).

Enjoy typical Apulian cuisine, accompanied by a selection of more than a hundred varieties of Apulian and Italian wines. Wine presentations from local wine cellars are organised on a weekly basis.

Work meetings, parties and cocktails can also be arranged.
