For a taste of the ancient Roman spas, visit the Tepidarium, equipped with loungers and armchairs heated to 39°C and the beautifully scented surroundings make the tepidarium the natural place to relax. Here, you can make the most of your body's reaction to the mud-therapy, or acclimatise after the grotto. The tepidarium is the ideal way to help strengthen your immune system, and acts as a general preventative measure, revitalising the body.
