Golf Links View is situated on the main Ring of Kerry road. It is close to Waterville, a sandy beach, 2 golf courses and Kerry Way walking route.

The bed and breakfast is in a scenic location with views of Ballinskellig Bay and the mountains of the Iveragh Peninsula on the Ring of Kerry. Waterville is a 10-minute walk away and sits between the bay and Lough Currane. All around are lovely beaches and fine walks. After a busy day, relax in the lounge with open peat fire.

Waterville is a fisherman’s paradise with lake fishing (known for salmon and trout) as well as river, shore and deep-sea angling. There are pick-up and drop-off points for trips to the famous Skellig Rock World, a UNESCO heritage site.

Waterville is a 10-minute walk away and sits between Ballinskelligs Bay and Lough Currane. It is the premier coastal touring centre on the Ring of Kerry and has attracted many famous celebrities over the years, including Charlie Chaplin and his family. All around are lovely beaches and fine walks. There are shops and pubs as well as an excellent choice of restaurants, with seafood being a speciality in many of them.

The Ring of Kerry panoramic route has long been one of the favourite sightseeing tours of Ireland and leads around the Iveragh Peninsula passing through a succession of magnificent landscapes. A less known side-route leads from Waterville to Ballinskelligs and through beautiful mountain scenery further on to Portmagee and Valentia Island. The spectacular views past St.Finan's Bay also take in the Skellig Islands. Lough Currane is well-known for Church Island where you will find the ruins of a 6th century oratory.
