Each of the hotel’s luxurious rooms has been tastefully decorated in a modern classical style. Every room is superbly appointed and boasts all the modern conveniences and facilities that the contemporary business or leisure traveller expects.

The Rowan Tree Restaurant
The hotel’s elegant and award-winning restaurant is one of Wexford’s gems. The Rowan Tree Restaurant opens 7 days a week for breakfast and dinner, and for lunch on Sundays.
Recommended in Georgina Campbell’s 2007 dining guide, the restaurant boasts outstanding cuisine and offers a wide variety of dishes from French cuisine to contemporary international dishes.
Menus are compiled by the head chef, David Crossoir, who has received 2 RAC Ribbons and one AA Fine-Dinning Rosette for his creative cuisine. The restaurant has an extensive wine list with a selection of old and new world wines to complement your meal.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and offers beautiful views overlooking the rooftop garden with its classical pianist.
Full cooked breakfasts and continental breakfasts are available from 07:30 to 10:00. Lunch opening hours are from 12:30 until 14:30 and dinner is served from 18:00 until 21:30.
The Ivy Bar
The Ivy Bar offers breakfast from 09:00 with home-made scones, freshly baked breakfast rolls, food cooked to order, coffee and tea and a good selection of juices.
The carvery is open 7 days a week with a fantastic selection of home-made salads, home-made soups, a daily roast, a chicken dish, fish of the day, sandwiches made to order and delicious fresh desserts.
Bar food includes an exciting choice of traditional and modern cuisine, ranging from Irish sirloin steak and chips to home-made chicken korma with naan bread. Light snacks, soups and freshly made sandwiches are also served.
The Ivy Bar boasts live music every weekend and right through the Summer.

This is a discrete hotel bar, with its richly wooden panelled surroundings. The Coach Bar has a relaxed atmosphere and is ideal for special occasions and private parties.

- At the entrance to the town, turn left just before the railway bridge, and Ashdown Park Hotel is on your left.

From Wexford (south):
