The Merchant House building was built in 1720, then restored in 2005. Each suite has a large, stylish bathroom and soundproofed windows.

Express check-in/out service only. As there is no dedicated reception area within the property, please state exact time and date of arrival at the time of booking in order to ensure a member of staff will be available to welcome guests and show them to their rooms.

To enter the guest house, go to 8 Eustace Street (there will be a sign for The Merchant House). Use the intercom to enter.

American Express cards are not accepted.

There are some stairs to climb to enter the suites.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 13.5 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.
