Built on the site of an old fishermen's hut by the water's edge, our hotel has 29 en-suite bedrooms, a fully-licensed restaurant and bar, sauna, hotpot and a massage chair.

Furnished in a style that reflects this origin the accent is on old-fashioned comfort and while the renovations remain in sync with the original building all rooms include modern private bathrooms, television and hair-dryers.

Our cosy and warm dining room seats up to 60 where we serve home baked bread and various seafood delights taken from Breiðafjörður bay’s fresh catch.

We can arrange activities such as angling, shooting, trekking, sightseeing by boat, whale watching, glacier expeditions, ice-climbing and horse riding and the ferry to the west fjords.
