Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further children from 6 to 12 years is charged EUR 19.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 18 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 18 years per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 1.90 per day.
