| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 12 per night per person when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 34 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 18 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
