Tornácos Panzió és Étterem

The Tornácos Panzio es Etterem in Hegykő on the banks of Lake Neusiedl offers you modern wellness facilities including a pool, fine cuisine, free Wi-Fi and free parking.

The pool features massage jets and a counter-current facility and a Finnish sauna, an infra-red sauna and the beauty salon invite you to relax. Fitness facilities are there as well.

In summer the restaurant can host up to 250 guests. Despite its size it is homely and personal.

Winter garden (90 guests)
Ideal for parties and larger groups. The evergreen bushes are obviously enjoying the light streaming through the huge, arched roof.

Blue Paint Hall (60 guests)
It is a room preserving the folk-art traditions of the area along Lake Neusiedl (Fertő-mente). The chairs, blue curtains and pottery illustrate the happy and peaceful village life.

Veranda (30 guests)
With its enormous, arched windows, nature is right before your eyes. This is an area reserved for non-smoking guests.

Summer terrace (70 guests)
The shady terrace is the most popular place in summer.

Barbecue garden
It is part of the 300 m² leisure area. It is a homely place for group of friends and colleagues, where you can enjoy a glass of Soproni Kékfrankos.

Try our specialities made from the meat of the local grey cattle, kept exclusively on pastures in summer and on meadow hay in winter time.

Visitors can also go fishing and bicycling here. The neighbouring villages are each amazing and rich in sights and are thus part of the World Heritage of the Fertő area (Fertőtáj).

On the western side of the Fertő lake/Lake Neusiedl, visitors can get to know this unique area during canoe tours.

There are also several great ski areas near the border in Austria.

The wine area of Sopron is one of Hungary’s oldest with the water surface of the lake intensifying the impact of the sun, thus promoting the quality of the vine.
