Located in the small village of Finikia, just outside the picturesque town of Oia, Finikia Place is a small, traditional family-run hotel offering cosy and comfortable accommodation.

Built in the style of a traditional Cyclades building, the white washed stone property has just 24 guest rooms. All guest rooms feature terraces or balconies and offer delightful scenic views, from which guests can enjoy the famous Santorini sunsets.

The hotel has a delightful swimming pool with hot tub and sun terrace, a roof garden with stunning views and a fabulous restaurant enjoyed by guests and locals alike.

The picturesque cliff-side town of Oia is a 15 minute walk away.

The hotel’s reception office is open from 08.30-22.30 hours. In case of an early or late arrival, please advise the property so that special arrangements can be made.
Finikia’s Place will happily assist guests in arranging taxi transfers to/from the airport or port or can help in arranging a rental car for guests.
Finikia’s Place is located 15 minutes from Fira and 20 minutes from the airport.

Finikia Place offers just 24 guest rooms in total consisting of 12 double rooms and 12 studios. The rooms and the studios have a warm and cosy feel to them and feature the architectural characteristic style of the Cyclades Islands. All of the guest rooms feature a small semi-private terrace with views over the fields, the beach and the Aegean sea.

Food & beverage

Finikia Place has its own delightful restaurant, traditionally decorated in a Greek style and offering both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the sea. The restaurant serves a range of traditional local specialities, Greek dishes and Mediterranean cuisine .

Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.
