Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2 per night per person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 5 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 4.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast costs EUR 5 per person per night.
Breakfast costs EUR 4 per night per child under 12 years.
Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
