Hotel Americana, in the heart of Kos Town, is the premier small hotel on the island of Kos and is currently undergoing major off-season refurbishment. This will bring the Americana up to internationally recognised standards of comfort and design in the small and friendly market when the season begins in May 2008. New and returning guests will appreciate the exacting standards and attention to detail available in every aspect of the hotel’s facilities. New features will include a customer elevator to all floors and air conditioning in all rooms. The hotel will also be ʽgoing green’ next season, with solar energy providing all the hot water and an environmentally friendly approach to laundry and domestic catering.
