Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
