Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 11 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
