Kedros Villas

Sitting on a gently sloping hill in Stelida, amidst a landscape of cedar trees and prehistoric granite, the 18,000-square-metre Kedros Villas enjoy superb views of the port and sunsets over the sea.

In harmony with their natural surroundings, the villas are constructed, decorated and furnished using natural materials; marble or solid-oak floors, environmentally-friendly wall paints, and furniture made of natural wood.

The complex is situated between two beaches; Stelida, 300 metres to the north, including one of the best windsurfing spots in the Cyclades, and Agios Prokopios, 800 metres to the south, with its white sand and crystal clear sea.

Guests can enjoy a swim in Kedros Villas’s 200 square-metre pool and soak up the sun on a lounger, taking in the panoramic view down to the sea. Children can enjoy themselves in a special playground.

Kedros Villas lies 4.5 km from the port and is served by frequent buses that stop at the entrance to the complex.

The Kedros Villas are situated in 12,800 m² of private property and consist of 9 villas, with superb views surrounded by a garden setting of trees and plants.

The orientation of the villas is designed to remain cool during the summer and maintain a stable temperature during the winter months.

The villas are constructed, decorated and furnished using natural materials. The floors are made of marble (chiefly from Naxos) or solid oak. The wall paint used is environmentally-friendly and all the furniture is made of natural wood.

Enjoy a swim in the private 200 m² pool and relax on the sunbed, while having a panoramic view of the coast.

Naxos is the largest island in the Cyclades, with a surface area of 448 km². The landscape combines mountains, valleys and plains with 27 km of sandy beaches on the south coast of the island, while the north hosts rocky shores and small pebble beaches.

Naxos has a number of historical monuments dating from ancient times to the Byzantine period. You can visit local villages with narrow marble-paved streets and enjoy traditional cuisine at the taverns.

Stelida is a quiet location and offers a stunning view to Naxos Town. The Kedros Villas are also close to Laguna, an ideal place for windsurfing.

In the village of Agios Prokopios you find not only a variety of restaurants, taverns and bars but also a mini market, butcher, gas station, pharmacy and a cash point.
