Naxos is the largest and most fertile island in Cyclades and it is one of the most attractive in Greece. It combines mountainous beaty with fertile valleys and excellent sandy beaches. It is an island for everybody for all kind of interests. Saint George is located in Naxos Town, only 300 meters from the town center and it is an excellent and famous resort. Saint George (Agios Georgios) beach is the capital's beach. The beach is 1 Km long, with golden fine sand, beach facilities and entertainment such as sun umbrellas, restaurants, snack bars, beach bars and water sports. The waters are shallow and the sea is absolutely safe for the kids. The whole environment is very relaxing and there is nothing better to enjoy a drink on the beach and feel you are in holidays.
