If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The complex consists of 4 studios (for 2-3 people) and 6 apartments (for 2-5 people).
All the apartments and studios are beautifully decorated, fitted with wooden handmade furniture.
Apartments consist of a separate bedroom, with a double bed and a spacious living room with sofa beds and a kitchenette.
The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people. Some apartments have a second wardrobe and bath tub.
The studios come with a double bed and all facilities in the same room (there is not a living room). They are located above the apartments, offering the best view.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Internet
Wireless internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 1.00 per hour.

Guest Parking
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
