Our chef spoils you with original Thuringian cuisine as well as fish dishes and seasonal specialties. In nice weather, you may enjoy the sunny terrace with view of the Jakobskirche – an old piece of the traditional Weimar.
A recommended specialty of our restaurant is our menu "Essen zu Goethe’s Zeit´" for up to 8 persons – a 4-course dinner with original recipes from Goethe’s era with corresponding anecdotes (available only upon request).

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. All older children or adults are charged EUR 13 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
