The hotel restaurant is popular for its excellent cuisine. A number of trout and game dishes are available, alongside specialities of the Black Forest and Baden regions. We are renowned for our Black Forest gateaux, which has even been mentioned on the radio and television.
Area information
Kandel, the town's landmark mountain, reaches a height of 1243 metres and invites you to go skiing and sledging in the winter. During the summer, it is ideal for hang gliding and paragliding. Tandem flights can be organised through the hotel.
For keen walkers and hikers, numerous trails such as the "Kandelhöhenweg" can be found in the immediate surroundings. Behind the guesthouse you find a small waterfall.
