Welcome to our restaurantcalled “Hans-Clauert-Stube”. Hans Clauert was a citizen of Trebbin in the middle age and he obtained glory by making deals with the sovereigns.
Our restaurant has 40 seats and a front-cooking kitchen. We offer regional food and some specialities like “Pfälzer Saumagen” or “Elsässer Flammkuchen”.
We are recommended in a lot of restaurant guides for our delicous meals, the tasty vines and the good service. Our region is well-known for the asparagus of Beelitz.
The asparagus meals are a highlight in our menu card in May and June.
